Symphony Farm’s feels alive with energy. The community is very walkable with sidewalks on each side of the streets and the proximity to Trails at Celebration Park provides residents with the opportunity to live a very active lifestyle. The side streets and Cul‐de‐sacs are filled with children playing ball, riding bikes and just being kids. In the evenings, several homeowners are out walking their dog and getting in their steps for the day.
Located at the center of the Amenity Area is a 100‐year‐old barn. Residents are welcome to use the space for private events and community gatherings. The barn has hosted old fashion movie nights where resident use the front of the barn to project the movie onto, World Series Parties, and the community picnic.
The Amenity Area has a resort style pool that opens Memorial weekend every year. There is usually someone in the pool throughout the day. You will find a few people in the morning doing water aerobics. A group of moms meet to get together and chat while their kiddos are playing. If you are working from home, sneak over to the pool and take a relaxing break during the day. In the afternoon, you will find friends hanging out and chatting next to the water. And in the evening, the neighbors all enjoy each others company while winding down from a long day. This is a popular spot in the summer!
Symphony Farms was the first community in Gardner to add a Pickleball Court. What a great way to spend the afternoon with your family. Or getting to know your neighbors.
The homeowners at Symphony Farms also have a basketball goal for a friendly game of hoops.
