As both the Developer and Builder of Symphony Farms, we have the distinct ability to craft a community of enduring value. We have a variety of layouts to accomodate your lifestyle.  And we have opened phase 7, larger lots with trees lining the back of the lot and more greenspace. Specs are underway, along with build jobs in this wonderful phase.

The model home is located in the newest phase at 16364 Baxter Street in Gardner, Kansas.
