Build Your Dream Home 

1 – Meet with Jim, Your Personal Builder 

Sit down with Jim to share what’s most important in your new home, so we can help bring your vision to life. 

2 – Choose Your Floor Plan  

Select from our wide range of flexible one- and two-story floor plans designed to fit your lifestyle.  

3 – Pick Your Ideal Lot 

We’ll sit down together to understand your vision and explore the personalized touches that will make your home uniquely yours.  

4 – Personalize Your Home 

Create your own unique design package! Work with Jim and our design team to select finishes, features, and details that make the home truly yours. 

5 – Construction & Walk-Throughs 

Join Jim for important walk-throughs during construction—plan your electrical after framing, review closets after drywall, and see the progress after paint and flooring. 

6 – Home Orientation 

Before you move in, we’ll guide you through a full orientation to show you how everything works and answer any final questions. You’ll also receive your warranty book for peace of mind. 

7 – Celebrate Move-In Day!

1 – Select a Spec Home 

Choose from our beautifully designed spec homes already under construction or move-in ready. 

2 – Personalize Finishing Details 

Depending on construction progress, you may still choose some finishes—like paint, tile, or flooring—to add your personal touch. 

3 – Scheduled Walk-Throughs 

Take part in scheduled jobsite visits to see your home’s progress and ask additional questions.  

4 – Home Orientation & Warranty 

Meet with our team before closing for a full orientation and receive your warranty book.
